In your Personal Account you can buy or extend a line using a bank card. To pay without invoicing and avoid possible questions from tax authorities, use a business card. The currency in your Personal Account depends on the company's region.

You can pay for the line with a bank card from Russia through Tinkoff Kassa, from Kazakhstan and other CIS countries - through the Robokassa service.
When paying for a line using the Robokassa service, you can use cards with any currency; during payment it is converted into tenge.
Payment by card in Russia
In Russia, payment by bank card is available only to individuals and in rubles. To pay by bank card:
1. Log in to your ChatApp Personal Account.
2. In the menu on the left, click Selected Company.
3. On the page that opens, click “Buy line” or “Extend” next to the previously purchased line.
4. Select the access period. When purchasing for 12 months there is a 20% discount.
5. Select the required communication channels and click “To Pay”.
6. On the page that opens, click on the map icon.
7. The Tinkoff Cashier window will open. Select a payment method and enter your details.
Payment by card in Kazakhstan and other CIS countries through the Robokassa service
Payment by card in Kazakhstan is only available in tenge. In other CIS countries - in tenge and dollars or in local currency with conversion into tenge through the Robokassa service. Robokassa does not charge any conversion fees.
Cards of payment systems Mir, Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay are available for payment.
Payment algorithm for Kazakhstan and other CIS countries:
1. Repeat steps 1-6 of the previous section.
2. On the payment page, click on the Robokassa icon.
3. Enter your card details.
4. When the card details are filled in, click «Pay».
5. When the card details are filled in, click “Pay”.
