The Avito channel allows you to quickly respond to clients' messages without going to the app or website. All interactions take place in a single ChatApp Dialog window.
A professional Avito PRO account cannot be connected to ChatApp. Such an account does not provide access to the Avito API for successful connection.
1. Go to the “My Business” section. Select the line window.
2. Click "connect" to the right of Avito.
3. Click "Connect”.
4. Click "Continue”.
5. In "My Business" section, click "Configure" next to the connected Avito channel.
6. In the settings, you can see the phone number to which Avito is connected, the name of the account owner, and get a link to the profile. You can also deactivate your Avito account.
Please note that when placing ads at a fixed price rate, displaying the phone number is paid and will only be available after clicking on the corresponding button. In case of using a tariff with a piece payment, the display of the number is included in the cost of placement and is displayed immediately after publication.
