Avito channel connection

The Avito channel allows you to quickly respond to customers' messages without going to the app or website. All interaction takes place in a single ChatApp Dialog window.

An Avito PRO professional account will work as a standard Avito integration when connected to ChatApp. Messages in ChatApp Dialog will only be received to the ads of the account owner, which is linked to the ChatApp service. Messages from Avito PRO employees will not be displayed, as the Avito API does not provide a way to implement this.

You can connect Avito or Avito PRO channel this way:

  1. Go to the “Selected Company” section and select a line.
  2. Click connect to the right of Avito.
  3. Then again push Connect
  4. Once you are automatically taken to the Avito website, click “Continue
  5. In the “Selected company” section, open the line and click “setup” next to the connected Avito channel.
  6. In the settings, you can see the phone number to which Avito is connected, the name of the account owner, and get a link to the profile. You can also disable your Avito account.

Please note that when placing ads on a flat rate tariff, the display of the phone number is paid and will be available only after clicking on the corresponding button. In case of using the piece rate, the number display is included in the placement price and will be displayed immediately after publication.
