Applications from new clients for integrators
After the client leaves an application on the integrators page, a new Lead appears in Personal Account. In order to quickly process it, enable Telegram notifications on Personal account.
- Allow Notification Sending in Telegram
- In Personal Account in My Leads section turn on «Notifications»:

How to connect My Leads notifications in Bitrix24 for a marketing
1. Connect system notifications to Personal Telegram
2. Link Messenger accounts through connector to Bitrix24
3. Enable the "Automatically create a new lead" option in the Open Line settings
4. When a new lead appears in the ChatApp Personal Account, a message will be sent to the linked Telegram:

5. Since Telegram is connected in the Bitrix24 connector, when a new lead appears in the ChatApp personal account, Bitrix24 will create a new lead: “Telegram bot - ChatApp [Notifications]”
6. Go to the Automation Rules section and click «Create», find the trigger “Track customer messages”. Double-click the trigger and settings section of this trigger will appear. In a “Message contains text” window type “new lead has been created”.

7. You can move the trigger to one of the stages, for example: "In Progress". And get a notification about a new lead in Bitrix24.
