Notifications about incoming messages allow you not to miss important information. You can set up to receive notifications from chats where the following roles are set: responsible, producer, accomplices, auditor.
Setting up a role in the dialog box#
You need to have a role selected in a dialog to be notified of messages in the dialog.
- Go to the desired dialog box.
- In the upper right part of the dialog window, click on the profile icon.
- Identify the correct role: responsible, producer, accomplices, auditor.
Managing notifications#
Notifications are visible only in the open Dialogs tab. If you have another tab open in your browser, you will hear a notification sound.
If a chat window is open, you will not receive notifications from that chat window so as not to duplicate information. Notifications are held for 3 seconds.
To manage notifications:
1. In the Dialogs window, click on the three horizontal bars, go to the Settings.
2. Select the Notifications section.
3. The notification management menu opens.
4. Turn the switch to the desired position to enable or disable notifications and the notification sound:
5. Specify the required employee roles in chats for which notifications will be sent.
For example, if you select only the “Responsible” role, notifications will be sent for those chats that have this role.
Please note: notifications will only come for the active company that is selected in the company drop-down list in Dialogs.
6. To turn off notifications for a specific chat, click the bell icon in the dialog box on the top right.
A crossed out bell means that notifications for chat are disabled:
The option to disable notifications in an individual chat will be available if general notifications for all chats are enabled.
