These steps will help restore proper operation
Issues with operation may be related to outdated DNS cache. To restore functionality, follow these steps.
For Windows 10:
- Open "System Settings".
2) Go to the "Network" section.
3) Select your active network (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and click on "Advanced".
4) Navigate to the "General" tab.
5) Click on “Use the following DNS server addresses”
6) Add the following DNS server address: 8.8.8.8.
7) Click "OK" and then "Apply".
Additionally, you can execute the command: ipconfig /flushdns:
1) Open the command prompt (press Win + R, type cmd, and press Enter).
2) In the opened window, type the command:
ipconfig /flushdns
3) Press Enter.
For macOS:
1) Open "System Preferences".
2) Go to the "Network" section.
3) Select your active network (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and click on "Advanced".
4) Navigate to the "DNS" tab.
5) Click + and add the following DNS server address: 8.8.8.8.
6) Click "OK" and then "Apply".
