Transfer of funds from the partner's balance to the client
If the user has the status of “Referral”, “Official” or “Gold” partner, then this user can transfer funds from the Balance in the ChatApp Personal Account to the balance of the client who registered using the referral link of this partner.
How to find out your balance and replenish it?
To replenish the balance and convert funds, go to the ChatApp Personal Account and click on the “Balance” button in the upper right corner. Select "Fill balance" or "Exchange" to deposit and convert funds.
How can a partner transfer funds to a client's balance in the Personal Account?
To transfer funds to the client's balance, go to the ChatApp Personal Account and click on the "Balance" button in the upper right corner.
Click on the "Transfer" button to transfer funds from one of the wallets to the client's wallet.
Select a wallet (Rubles, Tenge, Dollars) and enter the amount on the left, and then select the recipient of the transfer from the drop-down list on the right. After entering the amount and selecting the recipient, click on the “Execute translation” button.
When selecting a recipient from the drop-down list, you can use the search by name, id and email.
All withdrawals from the balance (including transfers) will be displayed in the history and highlighted in red. Operations for crediting and converting are highlighted in green.
