Where to find features?

  1. Install ChatApp integration in Bitrix24.
  2. Login to the Bitrix24 mobile application.
  3. In the bottom menu, go to More.
  4. Go to the Market section.
  5. Select ChatApp for WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber.
  6. Sign in to your ChatApp account, if you haven't done this already.

You can be the first to write in the Start a Dialogue section:

 

Find a client in CRM

This option allows you to start a dialog with an existing entity in the CRM.

1. Select a lead, a transaction, a contact, or a company.

2. In the dialog box, select the messenger where you want to write to the client.


3. Go to the chat room by clicking on the push notification. Or from the bottom menu go to Chats → Lines.

4. Click Reply in the chat and continue the dialog.

 

Send message

This option allows you to send a message to a user who is not yet in your CRM.

1. Messages can be sent through channels:

  1. Select the line and the channel.
  2. Enter the phone number and the message.
  3. Click Send.

  3. Choose a template or enter a message.
  4. Click Send.

With a special template, you can attach a file to the message. In the search, type "document" to find it faster.

  1. Select the file.
  2. Click Save
  1. Select the line and the channel.
  2. Enter the Phone or Username of the client.
  3. First Name and Last Name, which will be displayed in the CRM.
  4. And write the message.

2. Go to the chat room by clicking on the push notification or from the bottom menu go to Chats → Lines.

3. Click Reply and continue the dialog.
