The “Create a CRM company” block allows you to automate the creation of a company in CRM systems.
The block is capable of creating companies in the following CRM systems:
- Bitrix24;
- amoCRM.
Creating a company in CRM using a bot
Before setting up the bot, make sure that you have linked the CRM system in your personal account. How to set up integration, read the article - “Connecting CRM to ChatApp”. Then follow these steps:
1. Go to the script editor;
2. From the menu on the left, drag the “Create a CRM company” block to the work area;
3. Click on “Configure data”;
4. In the pop-up window, fill in all fields;
5. Save and publish the script.
Ready! Now when the script reaches this block, a company will be created in the CRM system.
Important:
- Any field can be entered as variables;
- You can select from the list an employee who is added to your CRM. From CRM, a maximum of 500 employees are displayed;
- When adding an employee ID manually, the value from the CRM system is entered.
The script will not be saved if:
- The “Create a company in CRM” block is separate from the script;
- There is no CRM system linked to the company in your personal account.
What to indicate in each field
- Field "Name"
Enter the name you want to see for the created company in the CRM system; - Phone field
Enter your contact phone number; - "Email" field
Enter your contact email address; - "Site" field
Add a link to the company's home page; - Contact ID field
Enter the contact ID from the CRM system; - Field "Employee"
Enter employee ID; - Comment field
Enter a comment that will be displayed in the company card in the CRM system - Custom fields
Enter field ID from CRM.
