There are several ways to access the ChatApp Dialog:
1. In Bitrix24, select the "ChatApp Dialog" option in the left menu — it will appear after installing the application.
2. In the CRM card, for example, of a transaction or contact, there is a "ChatApp Dialog" tab.
Clicking it opens a dialog with this client in the ChatApp Dialog.
3. You can also add the "ChatApp Dialog" button to the fields of the transaction card, contact, lead, company, and smart process. All contact information in the card: phone, mail, username will be transferred from the CRM. When you click on ChatApp, the Dialog opens in a new tab with a list of chats with the contact in the available channels.
Important: If you installed the ChatApp application in Bitrix24 before 11/06/2024, to add the "ChatApp Dialog" button to the card field, you will need to uninstall the application and install it again.
The "ChatApp Dialog" button in the CRM card field
1. Go to the deal, contact, lead, or company card.
2. Click "Select Field".
3. Select "ChatApp Dialog" and click "Select".
4. The "ChatApp Dialog" item will appear in the card. When you click on "To Dialog", the ChatApp Dialog window opens in a new tab.
The "ChatApp Dialog" button in the smart process card field
- Go to the smart process card.
- Click "Create Field".
- Select "Additional fields" from the drop-down list.
- Click on "Data Type" and select ChatApp Dialog from the drop-down list.
- In the "Name" field, enter "ChatApp Dialog" and click "Save".
- In the smart process card, click "Select field".
- Check "ChatApp Dialog" and click "Select".
- The "ChatApp Dialog" item will appear in the card. When you click on "To Dialog", the ChatApp Dialog window opens in a new tab.
