How to open and close a dialog

To change the status of a dialog:

1. Select a dialog
2. In the upper right corner, find the status of the dialog and toggle it into the needed status: Open or Closed

• To take the dialog into work, after choosing the person responsible for the dialog, set the status to Open
• To complete work with the dialog, change the status to Closed
