Set up a ChatApp - Telegram connector to stay in touch with customers on OkoCRM open lines. By connecting your personal Telegram profile to OkoCRM, you will be able to write to clients first from OkoCRM.
1. Register in OkoCRM;
2. In the “Settings” section, go to “Integrations” and select “Telegram ChatApp”;
3. Allow the transfer of personal data. Click "Connect";
4. Log into your ChatApp account. Register if necessary;
5. Go to the line, or buy it;
6. Opposite Telegram, click on the “Connect” button;
7. Enter the phone number linked to your personal Telegram account. Click “Check”;
8. Enter the verification code that you received in the Telegram application. Click "Send code";
Important: for everything to work correctly, disable two-factor authentication in the Telegram application by going to “Settings” - “Privacy” - “Cloud Password”.
9. Return to the OkoCRM integration settings and enter the Email and password for your ChatApp account;
10. Click “Save”;
Done! You have successfully configured WhatsApp integration with OkoCRM!
