In the Selected company section you can create an unlimited number of companies. Each company will have its own wallet for payment and line extension. The currency in personal account depends on the region of the company.

Step 1: Top up the company account
To pay from a company wallet, you must first top up its balance:
1. Go to your ChatApp personal account;
2. Go to the Selected company section.
3. Click Select company and select the desired company;
4. Select Finances and click Top up balance;
5. Enter the amount and click To pay;
6. Choose the payment method. Depending on the region, Tinkoff Kassa or Robokassa is available. Payment by invoice is also possible;
7. Make your payment;
Important: no closing documents are issued for topping up the company's wallet. You can request a service acceptance act only after the payment for the purchased lines has been debited from your wallet or by Invoice.
Step 2: Paying for the line from the company wallet
When the company wallet is topped up, you can pay for the line from it.
The line must belong to the company from whose wallet it will be paid. To buy a line for another company, first make the payment and then change the ownership.
1. Go to the Selected company section in your personal account;
2. Click Company selection and select the desired company;
3. In the Lines section, click Buy a line or Extend next to the line you already have;
4. Select the desired communication channels and the line access period. A 20% discount is available for a 12-month purchase;
5. Click To pay;
6. Select From account of (company name);
The appearance of the payment button depends on the wallet balance: if the balance is enough, the button is active, if not enough - inactive, you need to top up your balance.
7. After the payment has been made, the payment information will appear in your Personal account:
- Go back to the Selected company section
- Go to Finances section → Recent operations
Payment for several lines with a single payment
By topping up the company's wallet and connecting automatic payment, you can pay for several lines with a single payment.
1. Add the ownership of all lines to the company you are going to make payment with. How to do it is described in the article Company ownership;
2. Connect automatic payment from the wallet of the company to all lines.
