Payment by Invoice

After filling in the company details in the line payment menu, an Invoice is automatically generated. The company must be a legal entity or sole proprietorship. Then you can pay for the line by bank transfer using company details or from the company's a/c via Invoice.

If you choose to pay by Invoice, it will be issued automatically each month 5 days before the end of the access period.

To receive an Invoice:

  1. Go to your personal ChatApp account.
  2. From the menu on the left, select the Selected company section.
  3. Click Buy a line or Extend next to the purchased line.
  4. Select your subscription period and currency for payment. A 20% discount is available for a 12-month purchase.
  5. Select the desired communication channels and click To pay.

6. On the page that opens, select Invoice. The option will be available only if the company data and details are filled in. Please make sure they are filled in correctly.

7. The invoice is downloaded automatically in PDF format. Check the Downloads tab in your browser. The invoice can be printed or used electronically.

8. After the payment has been made, the payment information will appear in your Personal account.:

  • Go back to the Selected company section
  • Go to Finances Recent operations

Important: no closing documents are issued when the Company Invoice is created. You can request a service acceptance act only after the payment for the purchased lines has been debited from your wallet or by Invoice.
