No matter how hard we try, operators sometimes still have to respond to clients from messengers. But there are no prepared messages there.
We've developed the Quick Reply Window specifically for such cases. Now templates will always be at your fingertips, and keyword search will save you the trouble of searching for a response manually.
Windows and macOS versions are available.
Installing the Quick Reply Window
1. Download the file. If the file does not download on Windows, try disabling your antivirus for a while;
2. Go to downloads and open "chatapp-assistant-0.3.4+1.exe";
3. Complete the installation process;
4. An icon named "chatapp_assistant" will appear on your desktop. Click on it 2 times.
5. In the window that opens, enter your ChatApp account credentials and click "Sign in".
The application is now launched.
Using the quick replies window
1. Press the Shift+Space key combination to bring up the "Quick Reply Window";
2. You can find the desired quick answer by keyword or by using the arrows:
↑ and ↓ - navigation by categories;
← and → - navigation within categories.
Copy the answer by pressing Enter and paste it into your messenger chat.
3. Press Esc to hide the Quick Reply Box.
4. In the messenger window, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V to paste the copied message
